Chicken Spaghetti with Chicken Balls

Serves 5 people
Ingredients
3 medium-sized tomatoes clip quarters
1\2 cup of rusk
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of ground thyme finely chopped
1 table spoon of fresh basil minced
Chicken ball ingredients:
450 gram of Al-Watania chicken minced
1 large onion finely chopped
1\2 cup of fresh basil minced
Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dry ground coriander
1\2 cup of rusk
Whipped egg
Salt to taste
Other Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 can peeled tomato
1 tablespoon basil minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix the breadcrumbs , basil and oreagano and add salt to taste the add olive oil.
Place breadcrumbs mix on tomato from both side then grease the dish with olive oil and arrange tomato on it.
Keep the dish in oven for an hour.
Mix in chicken ball in a pot and cover it and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make small chicken balls.
Heat the oil in non-stick pan and then turn it up down for a minute until brown from all sides then keep a side.
In the same pan add onion and garlic and stir until yellow.
Add canned tomatoes after cutting and basil and marinatewith salt and peeper and leave it to boil.
Return chicken ball to the pan and cover and simmer for 15 minutes
Boil pasta in hot water and salt until level then drain and place on chicken balls then add roasted tomatoes.
While serving, pour sprinkle with basil and parmesan cheese or mozzarella and serve hot.
