Add milk and the remaining ingredients of the sauce and simmer until mixture weighing and starts boiling.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add garlic and stir then add mushrooms and stir until blush
Pour the mushrooms in serving dish and arrange the chicken rings then pour the sauce on it and serve directly with pasta or bread.
