Chicken Parts – Salt – Cinnamon- Garlic Powder – Turmeric Powder – Citric Acid – Onion Powder – Lemon Peel.

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the Pressure cooker and put 3 tablespons cooking oil and cut onion fresh with continue stirring until it is well stirred. Add the kapsa chicken with continuous stirring for two minutes add 700 gr of water and leave it cooked for 7 Minutes add 700 gr of rice then let it cook for 5 minutes on high heat and ten 10 minutes on low heat.
